AUSTRALIAN DRONE NATIONALS RAFFLE — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This raffle is conducted by Australian FPV Association Inc (ABN 11 407 083 027) as part of the Australian Drone Nationals, in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).
2. Tickets are sold online at aufpv.org.au (an AUFPV account is required). Ticket prices are shown on the raffle page. Sales close when the draw begins.
3. Tickets may be purchased by anyone aged 18 or over. A parent or guardian may purchase tickets on behalf of a person under 18.
4. Prizes and their values are listed on the raffle page. The total prize pool is valued at $3,000. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. The draw will take place at Western Districts Rugby Club, Toowong QLD, from 6:00pm on Saturday 3 October 2026, and will be announced live on the AUFPV livestream. Winning tickets are selected at random by computer from all valid tickets.
6. Winners must be present at the venue, or have a designated representative present, to collect their prize. A representative must give the winner's name and ticket number. If a prize is not claimed within 5 minutes of being announced, it will be redrawn.
7. Results will be published on the raffle page at aufpv.org.au after the draw.
8. Ticket purchases are non-refundable, except where the raffle is cancelled or tickets could not be issued, in which case purchases will be refunded.
9. Personal information is used only to run this raffle and contact winners. Winners' names may be shown on the livestream and results page.
10. Purchasing a ticket means you accept these terms. Australian FPV Association Inc's decision on all raffle matters is final.
